What is needed from an agent to get started?

Before getting started with SimplyCoordinated, we will send out an Agent Onboarding form which outlines preferred vendors and other details that we will need to process your files. We will need this before we can process your first file.

Can you help with a transaction I have already started?

Yes, we can help take over paperwork on a transaction that has already been started!

IS CLOSING AROUND THE CORNER AND YOUR PAPERWORK STILL A MESS?

We offer our compliance only package for $100. You finish out the file, and we will clean up the paperwork on the back-end for a discounted price! 

How will I know what is happening with my Transaction?

We use an online platform which agents can login to and follow along with our checklists. We keep you informed of all communications and CC you on emails with important correspondence. As always, if you have any questions or concerns you can contact your Coordinator directly.

What are Agent Responsibilities during the transaction? 

​BUYER TRANSACTION

  • Handling ALL Negotiations - including repairs or any changes to the contract

  • Getting initial contract/addenda signed 

  • Reviewing the PR

  • Reviewing the Settlement Statement

  • Attending Closing

SELLER TRANSACTION

  • Marketing of the listings

  • Taking appointments for showings (unless using a showing service)

  • Handling ALL Negotiations - including repairs or any changes to the contract

  • Getting initial contract/addenda signed 

  • Reviewing the PR

  • Reviewing the Settlement Statement

  • Attending Closing

What is the expected turn-around time on a file?

As with everything in Real Estate - Time is of the Essence!

 

We will process your files SAME DAY if you submit them to us (in full) before 3:00 PM MST. After that time or on a weekend, you can expect the file to be processed by 11 AM MST the following business day.

*** In the event of an extenuating circumstance that SimplyCoordinated will not be able to comply with the above turn-around time the agent will be notified and an adjusted turn around time will be disclosed

How do I contact my TC?

TEXT US! We are reachable via email, texting, or calling and love talking to our agents on the phone. Chose whichever is easiest for you!

What if my office is not near your office?

You do not need to be located near our office in order for us to work with you. We are PAPERLESS which allows us to easily work with agents and brokers across the United States.
